Manlove Forensics is a cutting edge Forensic Science service provider They are currently seeking a permanent Office Assistant to work Monday- Friday, 37 ½ hours a week. This is a very busy and varied role to include answering the telephone, dealing with customer enquiries, looking after the maintenance of the office, receiving and booking in evidence, and supporting the scientists with everyday administration.
Full Responsibilities:
1. Answering the telephone and dealing with the call in a professional manner.
i. Using ‘In Touch’ client database
ii. Passing on clear messages to the correct persons for further action
iii. Following the in house computer software – Casework Management System
2. To deal with all customer queries in a quick and efficient manner, ensuring that an appropriate level of communication is maintained with the customer at all times.
5. General upkeep of the office, making sure it has a clean and tidy appearance.
7. To support the scientists, by administering their work and carrying out secretarial duties.
8. To maintain your knowledge of suppliers, customers and the services of the company.
9. To assist the office with their daily tasks.
10. To assist the accounts department with filing and invoicing.
In house training will be provided for daily banking, statements, invoices, customer price queries and case work administration procedures.
